0. Language Versions Notice
These Terms of Service (“ToS”) are drafted in the German language. Any translations are provided for informational purposes only. Only the German version shall be legally binding between the parties.
The same applies to all annexes to these ToS in any language other than German.

1.2 Scope
(a) Website: These ToS govern the use of the public website under the domain ezto.io (including all subpages) (“Website”).
1.3 B2B
The Service is intended exclusively for businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law (“Customer”).
Consumers are excluded from using the Service.
The Website may be accessed by consumers for informational purposes; however, no contract regarding the Service will be concluded with consumers.
1.4 Priority of Individual Agreements
Deviating provisions contained in a signed offer, order form, service description, service level agreement (SLA), or separate agreement shall prevail over these ToS in the event of a conflict.
1.5 Customer Terms and Conditions
Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall apply only if EZTO has expressly agreed to them in text form.
1.6 Definitions
“Content Data” means content entered or uploaded by users into the Service (e.g., prompts, files) as well as generated outputs.
“Customer Data” means personal data processed by EZTO on behalf of the Customer (see Data Processing Agreement / DPA).
2. Use of the Website (ezto.io)
2.1 Information Offering
The Website serves to provide information about Zentre and EZTO, as well as contact options and, where applicable, the initiation of contractual relationships.
2.2 Rights to Content
The content of the Website (texts, images, trademarks, logos, layout) is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any use beyond technically necessary access (e.g., reproduction, modification, or public distribution) requires the prior consent of EZTO, unless permitted by law.
2.3 Links
The Website may contain links to external websites.
The operators of those external websites are solely responsible for their content.
2.4 Availability
EZTO does not guarantee any specific level of availability for the Website.
Maintenance, security updates, or technical disruptions may result in temporary limitations.
